Tottenham left disappointed and confused at the final whistle, as Manchester United continued their fantastic unbeaten run against the North-Londoners but in some contreversial fashion, when the 2nd goal was allowed to stand by referee Mark Clattenburg.

Looking forward to today’s match at Old Trafford, it’s another mouth-watering clash as United lock horns with North Londoners, Tottenham. Manchester United and Tottenham, both are back on winning ways as they won their matches last week to keep pace with the rivals for the Premiership Title race. It has been almost 21 years since Tottenham last invaded the Old Trafford in any competition. Spurs have conquered Arsenal and Chelsea in back-to-back encounters. Can Spurs clinch a vital victory to make it a third win from the top three and taste success this time around or is it United who will dominate once again at home? We’ll wait and see!

Tottenham suffer their second loss of the week after losing 1-0 to rejuvenated West Ham United thanks to a Frederic Piquionne goal in the London derby. This was the first win for West Ham of the new season which lifts them to 19th in the table, while Tottenham slip to 7th.

Former Arsenal captain William Gallas has reportedly agreed terms with their rivals Tottenham Hotspurs and will undergo a medical at Tottenham today ahead of a free transfer move to White Hart Lane on a one-year deal.

Just like the last summer, the summer of 2010 in the Premier League has been mainly filled with just rumors and not many results, and the clubs not really wanting to splash the cash (excluding Man City). In All, the 20 Premier League clubs together have contributed in 61 new signings so far, including loans. Lets see how all of them may fair in the season 2010/11.

It seems that the most elongated transfer saga of this summer is drawing to a close with Balotelli believed to be flying to England to undergo a medical at Manchester. Mario Balotelli’s move to Manchester City is closer than ever as the two clubs believed to have finally agreed terms upon a deal which will see Balotelli playing for Manchester City next season.

Tottenham were the first of the Premiership clubs to ban the noisy horns, after consulting with the police over the public safety, many in the Premiership have followed banning the horns in their stadiums.
