Utmost passion for Football

Liverpool legend John Barnes missed the birth of his seventh child only to see Liverpool win against Chelsea at Anfield last night.

The Jamaican-born English football manager and former football player, who is widely regarded as one of the best wingers in the history of English football, works as a Football pundit for Sky Sports. He knew his wife had gone into labour and was given the chance to leave early by Sky but he opted to watch the match and see his beloved Liverpool win a very important fixture. So it wasn’t just Torres who scored last night but Barnes did get one for himself as well. The fact that he’s had 6 kids before the latest addition, he missed the zest for this one. And it was Barnes’ birthday yesterday so I guess it was one hell of  a birthday for him.
