Nasri being more involved in Les Blues

Samir NasriArsenal midfielder Samir Nasri has blasted at his former Arsenal team-mate for the accusation he has put on him of wrecking France’s World Cup hopes.

Nasri wasn’t chosen for the FIFA World Cup 2010 but his team mate William Gallas who recently moved the arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspurs this summer has written in his autobiography that Nasri clashed with him and stole Thierry Henry’s seat on the team bus for Euro 2008.

The 23-year old has been shining for Arsenal since the start of this campaign and is set to face England at Wembley on Wednesday has warned Gallas to stop ruining his image in the eyes of the French public.

He said:  “Somebody [Gallas] wrote in his book that I’d had a row with him, and said that I nicked someone else’s [Henry] seat on the bus. That is absolute rubbish.

“People called me a little sod after Euro 2008. But they have come to see the people I had problems with at the time went on to screw things up in South Africa.”

Samir Nasri who was called for the French team now seems to be holding a key position and can be very vital for France. French authorities should alleviate these kind of rubbish comments from William Gallas and must make sure that it doesn’t happen in the future if they are to make their place in the upcoming Euro 2012 and the next World Cup.
