Arsenal has reportedly shown interest in reviving their bid for AC Milan striker Klass-Jan Huntelaar.
Reports suggest that Arsenal are reconsidering their prospects of bringing AC Milan star to the Emirates until the end of the season as the rehabilitation of Robin Van Persie has not been completed and Arsenal are in need of a clinical striker. But the player’s reported 65k-a-week is proving to be the main obstacle between the Emirates and him.
Arsenal is only going to make a move for Huntelaar if and only if they agree to a sustainable package. Wenger faces stiff competition from London Rivals Tottenham.
The spurs manager has already joined the race to land the Dutchman to White Hart Lane after pulling out of the chase of Ruud van Nistelrooy. But in order to do that Harry Redknap will have to off-load one of his four strikers to free up funds for Huntelaar, whose wage demands are seemingly high for both managers.
